Hi I’m Zahra!

I’m a registered dietitian and a functional nutrition therapist with more than a decade of clinical experience working with people of all walks of life. In my functional nutrition practice, I use "Biopsychosocial Model" to evaluate my clients’ nutritional, psychological, and social factors to develop a health plan tailored to their needs, goals, and lifestyle. ​I specialize in Gut Health, IBS and Low FODMAP Diet. I help those experiencing chronic digestive health complications find long-lasting relief from their symptoms.
