I'm a Registered Dietitian with a focus on gut health, an IBS Coach, and a Functional Nutrition Practitioner using a wholistic approach for your overall health.

With over two decades of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of guiding individuals from diverse backgrounds on their unique health journeys.

 

In my practice, I use the "Biopsychosocial Model" to assess the nutritional, psychological, and social aspects, allowing me to create personalized health plans tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle.
