With 20 years of experience as a dietitian, I’ve worked in hospitals, public health, oncology, and private practice across countries.
But my journey hasn’t just been professional—it’s deeply personal. My own struggles with gut health have given me firsthand insight into the frustration, anxiety, and exhaustion that often come with these challenges.
Not too long ago, I was exactly where you are. My gut issues began in grad school with relentless bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and exhaustion. Every clinician I turned to dismissed it as “just stress,” leaving me feeling frustrated, misunderstood, and without answers.
This journey fuelled my passion for functional medicine. I discovered how the synergy between sleep, movement, mental health, & nutrition can transform well-being. By addressing root causes & focusing on sustainable, whole-person wellness, I took control of my symptoms and found lasting relief. Along the way, I uncovered what truly works (and what doesn’t).
That knowledge turned into a determination—not just to heal myself but to help others who feel just as lost as I once did.
Over the years, I’ve guided countless individuals on their gut health journeys. Together, we’ve identified triggers, reduced sensitivities, and restored joy and freedom to their lives.
