I will meet you at your favourite Kelowna grocery store for a fun and educational 90-minute tutorial. Aisle by aisle, I will teach you how to make better food choices, demystify food labels, introduce novel ingredients, answer all your food and nutrition questions, and discuss Low FODMAP diet meal planning. A practical way to learn about healthy food choices right from the source!
