The 4 Phases of the Blissful Gut Blueprint

Phase 1- CALM
Ease Symptoms & Reduce Gut Sensitivity

In this first stage, our aim is to relieve immediate symptoms. We're not tackling the root cause yet, but we're working to make your gut less sensitive and improve communication with your brain. You'll also learn more about IBS and start identifying what triggers your symptoms.

Phase 3- COMMUNICATION
Enhancing Gut-Brain Harmony

By now, you have regained comfort in your gut and regained control over their bowel movements. However, to ensure lasting improvements and overcome any remaining challenges like dietary triggers or excessive vigilance, we need to improve how the brain and gut communicate. We'll discuss various methods to achieve this, including Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy (GDH), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and more!

Phase 2- CUSTOMIZE
Tailoring Your Diet and Lifestyle

After we've eased your gut and symptoms, we focus on creating personalized diet and lifestyle habits to sustain long-term relief.  This involves pinpointing specific foods, improving meal habits, setting regular eating times, managing bathroom routines, addressing your attitude towards food, considering pelvic floor health, and more!

As a seasoned dietitian with two decades of experience, I've navigated the diverse landscapes of dietetics across multiple countries, honing my knowledge in various settings from hospitals and public health to oncology and private practice. 

 

My journey hasn't just been professional—it's been deeply personal. Having grappled with my own battles with IBS & SIBO, I intimately understand the challenges and frustrations that accompany this condition. 

 

This firsthand experience fuels my commitment to incorporating the best of functional medicine's pillars into my practice, providing a holistic approach that goes beyond conventional methods.

 

Over the years, I've had the privilege of guiding and supporting countless individuals, witnessing their transformations and triumphs over health concerns.
